Is there a charge to register my domain name?

Yes.  We charge $20.00 per year.

What if I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account at any time.

Does DTS accept credit cards?  How about checks?

We do not accept Credit cards!  We do accept checks, however, accounts are processed after payment is received.

Are there any setup fees?

DTS does not charge a setup fee to process new accounts.  DTS does not even charge for transferring domains!   We feel it is not necessary to charge you for moving your site to our company, and want our clients to feel much more accepted because of this.

When I sign up, what will I receive?

You will receive an e-mail with complete information on how to access your site, detailed information on how to move an existing domain to our network, and you will also receive basic information on how to create new e-mail accounts. 

How long does it take to transfer a domain?

It can take as long as 72-96 hours to point your domain to our network from another registrar.  This is not something within our control, rather it is due to many factors like your registrar's turn around time, your need to authorize the move, and the possible need for your old host to authorize the move to the new one.
